The quality of Care Means Very Little Without Availability of Care for the needy.

Imagine the world’s most beautiful hospital. Full of professionally qualified doctors and staff, as well as advanced equipment… Imagine that really needy people (mostly the poor and vulnerable) are unable to access or get beds in this hospital. I would say that this beautiful, spotless hospital is not a good hospital. Quality of care is meaningless without the availability of care for the needy.
